Needed a new computer for my spinning bike as the computer that came with it stopped working due to the cadence sensor which quit, and was no longer available. The coo spo is totally customizable, with the ability to change what data is on each screen, from two data points to nine data points. All I needed was cadence and heart rate, which I set up on the first screen. Both heart rate and cadence paired up quickly. I like that it will accept both Ant+ and bluetooth, which allowed me to use the heart rate both on the computer and on an app at the same time. I like the back light because I spin early in the morning, and it makes it easy to read the screen. Battery life seems good so far, used it two days so far, and hour each, and its still on 100 % I did have some wild readings at first from the cadence sensor, but i replaced the battery, and that took care of it. I'll up if anything changes
Very nice unit and I like the customization. The variations of screen information, screen layouts, and being able to set up multiple screens is AWESOME!. It's also nice that you can set up different bikes/users.
I am new to the whole road bike thing. I bought my first road bike and I am just now getting comfortable with the gears, clipping in, and the basic operation of my bike.
This is a really great GPS based cycling computer. It does not provide turn by turn GPS, only uses satellites for your stats. The app which must be downloaded for upload of your stats was a bit hard to figure out, but work fine once you learn it. The only thing I do not like about my unit is that it has a rattle in it. When you are riding, even on very smooth roads, it sounds like there is a loose screw inside that just really drive you nuts. I hope this is not common to all of these units. The many features are great and work fine.
