I have not actually used it yet on my road bike. Waiting for the winter to end
Very impressed with the quality of this bike GPS. And what I like best about this GPS/Speed detecter is that I do not need to install any tracker around the pedals and chain of my bike. My old bike tracker (Garneau) was and still is very good, but the tracker attachments around my pedals keeps sliding off, making the reading not 100% accurate.
This tracker automaticlaly connects to a random satellite, and the reading seems very accurate. It reads the speed, km average, distance travel, etc.. Pretty much the same as any bike tracker out there withtout the extra attachements.
You do not need mto purchase a mount to install it, it comes with 4 rubber bands that are very minimalistic and attaches the tracker solidly in place.
5 stars! WIll updated the review when I start to use my bike in April.
I quite liked it. It is small and comes with its support to install it on the bike easily and quickly. It is quite accurate with speed and time. Though gps and logs take a bit longer than expected. But once it grabs the signal it works pretty well. Despite everything, it is a good product. I loved it
My thoughts: This is for the serious/avid rider, otherwise consider finding an app on your phone that can produce similar readings and results. Sure it may (or may not be) as accurate as this particular unit, but you can save a pretty penny... and I thought you weren't really a "serious/avid" rider to begin with if you're considering this route? What's up with that?
This bike computer works alright. I found that the display is nice and very legible at a glance and very legible at night. The GPS works pretty quickly and has been reliable with the exported route being spot on.
Very accurate. Just make sure your phone GPS is turned ON before running the app. Otherwise you will not be able to link with the device.
